Track your macros.
Stay in the zone.

Logging that takes seconds

See it, say it, or scan it.

Four ways in, one editable list out. Every number stays yours to change.

Photo

Point, shoot, done

The photo is optimised on-device before it goes to AI for analysis. We never see the image.

Describe

Just describe it

"Three eggs and half an avocado." Parsed on the phone in an instant — no network, no cost.

Favourite

One tap on a repeat

Your real repeats stay at the top. The lunch you've had twenty times takes one tap the twenty-first.

Scan

Scan the barcode

The manufacturer's own numbers for that exact product, via Open Food Facts. UPC-12 and EAN-13 both scan.

Photo log method — point, shoot, get a macro estimate Describe log method — type what you ate in plain English The Favourites tab of the Log food screen, listing the meals logged most often with the number of times each has been logged Scan log method — point the camera at a barcode
Ask what to cook

Get something you can actually cook.

Recipes built around today's remaining macro budget, not a generic keto list. Tell it what's in the fridge and it cooks from that. Nothing in the fridge? Turn any recipe into a shopping list and have it delivered.

  • Macros on every card, up front — net carbs, fat, protein, calories, time to make
  • The full ingredient list with quantities, and a numbered method. No scrolling past someone's childhood story to reach the pan

507 keto recipes.

Browse by course, or scroll what's cooking.

  • Most answers are free and instant — your saved recipes, your previous answers and the bundled book are all searched before the model is
  • A calorie ceiling you set once, so suggestions stay in your range without being asked again
  • Save the recipes that work, with their ingredients and method attached
Numbers you can actually trust

Most trackers invent macros. We don't.

43 hand-curated foods, each traced to a named USDA record, with a stated raw-or-cooked basis, real household portion weights and the aliases you'd actually type. ~8,100 more USDA foods behind them for the long tail.

Curated rows are marked verified. The wider set is labelled for exactly what it is. You always know how solid a number is.

Scan it in, cook out of it

Every recipe app knows what you could cook. This one knows what you have.

Scan a barcode and it goes in the fridge, or photograph the whole thing and have the model read it back. Recipes and the week's meal plan both cook from that list, and it empties as you eat.

The Fridge screen — photograph the fridge, scan a barcode, type a barcode or type a name, above a counted list of six items with plus and minus steppers The recipe request on the Recipes tab with the Use what I have toggle selected A recipe with its macros, full ingredient list and numbered method
Scan it in

Scan it, snap it, or just type it

Scan the barcode, type the barcode, or type the name — for fruit, veg, the deli counter and everything that never had one. Or photograph the fridge and have a model read the shelf back to you, one item at a time so you can correct anything it got wrong before it lands. Six yogurts and four steaks count as six and four.

Use what I have

Suggestions built around your fridge

Flip the toggle on and recipes cook from your list — filling in whatever else the dish needs. The list ticks down as you eat, rows rest at zero, ready to restock.

Full macros, full method

Macros on every card, up front. The full ingredient list with quantities, and a numbered method — no scrolling past someone's childhood story to reach the pan.

Plan the week, buy it once

Four meals planned together, on one shopping list.

Four meals chosen together share their ingredients, and they can start from what's already in your fridge. One shopping list, and no half-used bunch of coriander in the bin.

  • Up to four meals planned together, so their ingredients overlap by design
  • Pick the protein — chicken, beef, pork, fish, eggs or vegetarian — and the week is built around it, a different cut and cuisine each time. Or leave it on Any
  • Turn on Use what I have and the plan is built around your fridge, counts included — it knows six steaks from one. Anything you’ve run out of is left out
  • Pregnancy friendly in one tap, the same filter as Recipes
  • One shopping list, merged and summed: 220 g of butter across three meals reads as a single 220 g line
  • The overlap counted for you, from the merged list — “8 of 12 items are used by more than one meal”
  • Ingredients already in your fridge are marked In fridge, and left off when the plan goes onto your shopping list
  • Change the servings and the whole plan and list rescale instantly, free
  • Every item on the shopping list has an Amazon link, and any meal can be saved as a normal recipe
The Meal plan screen — main protein, Use what I have, Pregnancy friendly, how many meals and servings of each, and a Build the plan button
The whole arc, not this morning's number

No copy of your log exists anywhere but your phone.

Every weigh-in, every progress photo, every meal, every coach conversation — the entire arc of your journey lives in the app's local storage on your phone. We never receive it, never store it, never see it. The one thing that ever leaves is the question you put to the AI, at the moment you ask it.

Meal history over any date range, with the morning's weigh-in beside its food — what you ate and what the scale did, on one card.

Your weight, your reading

Every weigh-in, Day 1 through today, in local storage on your phone. We never see them.

Your photos, on-device only

Progress photos are saved grayscale, in the app's private storage. Never uploaded.

Your meals, your log

Every meal, every saved recipe, every plan you build — all of it stays on your phone.

Your coach, your data

Ask Coach a question and only what it needs goes to a model — xAI on the free and Pro plans, or the provider you chose on your own key.

Workouts, in the same app

Food is half of body composition. Training is the other half.

A full training log — sets, reps and the weight of every set — beside the food log, read by the same coach.

Log

185 movements

Lifts, cardio, yoga, pilates, stretching and conditioning, grouped by what they train and searchable the way you'd type mid-set — "ohp", "rdl", "press-up". Missing something? Type it and it saves under your own name.

Last time

Last session, already filled in

Add an exercise and the weights you used last time are already in, with the date. The reps stay blank, because those are the part that changes.

AI review

What your log actually says

An AI read of your training on request: what the record shows, and the one most useful thing to change next. It quotes only figures the app measured, and defers anything touching injury or pain to a doctor.

AI session

"45 minutes, dumbbells only, legs"

Comes back as a full session — exercises, sets and target reps — one tap from your log. It reads what you've trained recently and balances the week.

The exercise picker's twelve groups — chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core, full body, cardio, yoga, pilates, stretching and conditioning — above a list of chest exercises Log a workout screen — searchable exercise list grouped by chest, back, legs, shoulders, arms, core, full body, cardio, yoga, pilates, stretching and conditioning The Coach screen, with a training card reading two sessions this week, volume down 37 per cent on the week before, 27 sets and the protein hit on training days An AI-suggested lower-body session for 45 minutes with dumbbells only — goblet squat, Romanian deadlift, Bulgarian split squat, walking lunge, standing calf raise and plank — with a Load into this session button

The weights on a suggested session are yours, not the model's. Every exercise is filled from your own last performance. The model is never asked to prescribe a load.

A coach that knows your log

Reads your journey. Spots the patterns. Suggests the next step.

Coach looks at your real data — your rate of loss, your logging streak, your training week and the patterns in when you eat — and tells you what it sees.

Ask it anything and the answer comes from that same data — you never have to explain yourself first. It flags a plateau before you ask, checks in monthly on whether your goal still fits, and writes a weekly note you can read in 60 seconds.

What coach watches for
  • Daily progress — net carbs in vs. your ceiling, by the hour
  • Your goal — a monthly check-in that asks whether the target still fits your life
  • Plateau watch — flags a stall before you feel it (no trend shift for 7+ days)
  • Eating rhythm — gaps between meals, fasting window vs. your set target
  • Your training week — sessions, tonnage, week-on-week change, muscle groups hit, and protein on the days you trained. Computed on your phone: no AI call, no credits
Coach screen — Down 54.3 lb since day one, 29-day logging streak, goal weight reached, earned badges, and today's tip
And there's more under the hood

Every detail designed to be used.

07 · FASTING

The window and the fast.

A fasting bar counting from your last meal to your target, with an eating-window countdown beside it.

08 · WATER & ELECTROLYTES

+8 oz. +16 oz. Daily tick.

Water in one tap against your own target, in ounces or millilitres. Tap the wrong one and the day’s drinks list takes it back. Electrolytes tick off on the same card.

09 · EXPORT

Export it all, any time.

CSV, PDF or JSON, out through the share sheet. It was always yours.

10 · APPEARANCE

Seven themes, or whatever your phone is doing.

Coral, Ember, Clay, Mulberry, Indigo, W&B and B&W — or System, which switches between Coral and Ember with your phone. Every one is contrast-tested, so none is an afterthought.

11 · BENCHMARKS

The named benchmarks, in the app.

26 named benchmark workouts — 16 of The Girls, 10 of The Heroes — rep schemes written out, one tap from the workout log.

12 · PREGNANCY

Pregnancy, asked once.

Answer once in setup. 369 bundled recipes are marked safe and filterable in one tap, the AI is told, and the exercise picker hides what a curator marked unsafe at any load.

We don't watch your data.
We don't sell it.

There is no account, and no copy of your log anywhere but your phone. Every meal, every weigh-in, every progress photo, every word you have said to Coach sits in the app's own storage on your device. There is no server on our side holding any of it.

  • We don't watch what you log. Nobody here looks through your meals, weights or photos. They stay on your phone, and an AI question you ask is answered, not kept for us to read.

  • We will never sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to data brokers, not to anyone at any price. Your log stays on your phone, not on our servers.

  • We never use your log to train a model. What you ate and what the scale said is your record, not our training set.

  • No account means no profile. No email, no password, no name. There is nothing for us to attach a profile to, and nothing for anyone to take.

  • No tracking in the app. No ad networks, no analytics SDKs, and no profile built from what you log.

  • No copy on our servers, so nothing for us to hand over. Whatever device backup you run with Apple or Google is between you and them — we have no access to it. Delete the app without exporting first and your log is gone, which is the real cost of having no account.

What stays on your phone

Every meal and portion, weigh-ins, ketone readings and measurements, progress photos, workouts, water and fasting windows, your goals, your saved recipes and meal plans, and the whole of your conversation with Coach.

It lives in the app's own storage. No sync, no accounts, no copy on our side.

What leaves, and when

Ask the AI something and that one request goes to a model: the photo you shot, the words you typed, or the few figures the question is about. Nothing else travels with it.

On your own key it goes straight from your phone to xAI or MiniMax. On the free and Pro plans it passes through our relay to xAI, which forwards it and keeps no copy of the request or the answer.

What we keep

A count of how many AI requests the app has used against the free allowance and Pro allowance.

Not your name, not your email, not a line of your log.

That is the short version, and it is the honest one. The full privacy policy names every provider, says exactly what each one receives, and lists the little we keep; the Terms of Service are the agreement that comes with installing it.

No account. No sign-up. No email.

Install it and start.

Nothing to create, nothing to log into, nothing to cancel. You are not a row in anyone's user table — and everything you put in is yours to take out again, in three formats, on every tier.

Your data, your device

Every meal, weight and photo lives on your phone. Nothing leaves unless you ask it to.

No tracking in the app

No ad networks, no analytics SDKs, no profile built from what you log.

Exports leave through the share sheet

CSV, PDF or JSON — built-in, going wherever you send them.

Nothing is held hostage

Your data was never ours to hold.
