# Keto Tracker AI > A no-account, on-device keto food and weight tracker, for iPhone on the > App Store (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/keto-tracker-ai/id6808686615) > and for Android on Google Play. > Three paid tiers — Free (lifetime AI allowance), Pro (monthly > subscription, hosted AI), BYOK (one-time unlock, you bring your own LLM > key). No analytics SDK, no cloud copy of the log. ## What the app is - [Home / pitch](https://www.ketotracker.ai/): one-screen description of the product and the three plans. - [How it works](https://www.ketotracker.ai/#features): the four-beat loop — log, weigh in, the app watches both, it names the food. - [Features](https://www.ketotracker.ai/#features): photo logging, barcode scan, USDA-derived food table, recipe suggestions, progress photos, trends, weekly note, export to CSV / PDF / JSON. Seven themes (Coral, Ember, Clay, Mulberry, Indigo, W&B, B&W) plus System, all measured against WCAG AA rather than eyeballed. - [The fridge](https://www.ketotracker.ai/#fridge): scan or type what is in the kitchen and it becomes a counted list that Recipes and the meal planner both cook from. It decrements as matching meals are logged. The "use what I have" toggle is a floor rather than a hard filter — suggestions are built around the list and add whatever else the dish needs. - [Recipe book](https://ketotracker.ai/recipes/): 507 keto recipes bundled with the app — 198 mains, 88 breakfasts, 85 snacks, 48 desserts, 43 drinks, 45 sides — each with its own public page at /recipes/, and searchable by name or ingredient and filterable by course and main ingredient. Entirely local: it costs no AI call, and it is one of three free sources tried before the model (saved recipes, then the cache of previous answers, then the book). - [Meal plan](https://www.ketotracker.ai/#meal-plan): up to four meals planned together around a chosen protein, with one merged shopping list. A "use what I have" toggle builds the plan around the fridge, with the count of each item; a pregnancy-friendly filter applies the same exclusions as Recipes; ingredients already in the fridge are marked and left off the shopping list. Changing the serving count rescales the plan locally, with no new model request. - [Training](https://www.ketotracker.ai/#training): a full workout log — 185 searchable movements across lifting, cardio, yoga, pilates, stretching and CrossFit, sets, reps and per-set weights, cardio in minutes, routines (saving one is Pro or BYOK), a rest clock, and each exercise pre-filled from the users own last session. An offline reference for 26 named CrossFit benchmark workouts sits alongside it. Two AI features sit on top: a review of what the training log shows, and a suggested session for a stated time and equipment. Suggested sessions never prescribe weights — those come from the user's own last performance. ## Pricing (as of October 2026) - [Free](https://www.ketotracker.ai/#pricing): 25 photo estimates, 15 fridge photo scans, 30 description-parses, 10 recipe suggestions, 15 coach questions, 5 meal plans, 10 workout suggestions, 3 workout reviews, 3 weekly notes, 2 plateau checks. Lifetime allowance, granted once and never replenished. No card. - [Pro](https://www.ketotracker.ai/#pricing): $9.99/month or $99.99/year. A monthly allowance of the same ten features — 100 photo estimates, 50 fridge photo scans, 150 description-parses, 50 recipe suggestions, 80 coach questions, 8 meal plans, 60 workout suggestions, 8 workout reviews, 5 weekly notes, 8 plateau checks. Hosted AI key on the operator's servers. - [BYOK (Bring Your Own Key)](https://www.ketotracker.ai/byok-setup.html): $79.99 one-time. You supply an xAI Grok or MiniMax API key; requests go device-to-provider, the operator is not in the path. ## AI providers - BYOK supports xAI Grok and MiniMax. On Free and Pro, the operator's managed proxy relays requests to the provider; on BYOK, the app calls the provider directly. See [BYOK setup](https://www.ketotracker.ai/byok-setup.html). ## Help and support - [Help center](https://www.ketotracker.ai/help): FAQ, troubleshooting, common questions. - [Support](https://www.ketotracker.ai/support): report a problem from the page itself, with an optional email address for a reply. Billing, cancellations and refunds are handled by the App Store and Google Play. - [Contact us](https://www.ketotracker.ai/help#contact): three addresses for general support, privacy requests, and security disclosures. ## Legal - [Privacy policy](https://www.ketotracker.ai/privacy): what stays on the device, what leaves it, the app identifier that counts the free tier, and what the operator never does. - [Terms of service](https://www.ketotracker.ai/terms). - [Medical disclaimer](https://www.ketotracker.ai/medical-disclaimer): the app is not a medical device, does not diagnose, and is not medical advice. ## Pregnancy-friendly filtering - A single pregnancy answer in setup (pregnant, not pregnant, or prefer not to say) filters recipe suggestions, the 507-recipe bundled book (410 of which are marked friendly), and the exercise picker and AI workout suggester. Exercise entries are marked by hand rather than inferred, because safety is not derivable from a movement's name. ## Things the operator never does - No accounts. No email. No cloud copy of the food log. - No third-party analytics SDK. No advertising SDK. No device fingerprinting. No location, contacts, calendar or microphone access, and no reading of the photo library (camera only while taking a photo; a card or photo grid is saved to the library only when the user taps Save). - No sale or rental of user data. No use of the food log to train a model. ## What is NOT in this file - The site does not include a recipe API at this time. The recipe pages in `docs/WEBSITE_PLAN.md` Phase 3 are not yet built. - `/api/*` paths on this domain are a separate service (the managed AI relay) and are not part of the public marketing site.
