- MCT oil1½ tbsp
- Fresh gingera thumb, grated
- Ground turmerichalf a teaspoon
- Lemona squeeze
- Himalayan salta good pinch
- Black peppera pinch
Method

- Warm the broth with the ginger, turmeric and pepper over medium heat until it steams, then keep it at a bare simmer for 5 minutes.
- Strain out the ginger if you like a clear cup.
- Pour it into a tall pitcher with the MCT oil and the salt, and froth it with a stick blender for 15 seconds. Stirred in, the oil just sits on top.
- Add the lemon last and taste for salt.
